Responsibilities

• Create and analyze detailed financial models for transaction negotiations.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions alongside senior team members.
• Conduct in-depth industry and company research to inform strategy.
• Assist in drafting financial reports and investment recommendations.
• Build financial forecasts and reports for presentations.
• Collaborate closely with mergers and acquisitions teams.
• Deliver insightful analysis that informs client decisions.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting investment banking.
• Facilitate internal and external communication regarding investment analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis

Technical Skills

• Investment Valuation

Certifications

• CFA Level II or III is highly advantageous
• Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
