Job Description

We are on the lookout for a strategic and innovative E-commerce Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. As the E-commerce Manager, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of e-commerce marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Enhance product visibility and online merchandising strategies.
  • Manage budgets for e-commerce marketing initiatives and measure ROI.

  • Oversee social media marketing efforts related to e-commerce activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend partnerships with online marketplaces and affiliates.
  • Conduct site audits and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop training programs for team members to ensure adherence to e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management
