Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate suppliers and logistics partners for quality and efficiency.
  • Implement and manage supply chain and logistics policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in shipping.
  • Collaborate with warehouse management for smooth operations.
  • Facilitate training for staff on logistics operations and best practices.
  • Maintain records of logistics activities and prepare reports.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
  • Logistics Software Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
  • Inventory Management Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify and resolve logistical issues effectively.
  • CILT Membership (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices: Knowledge of sustainable logistics practices and initiatives.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies: Skills in applying Lean principles to optimize operations.
