• Organize employee training sessions and development programs.
• Assist in the evaluation and review of employee performance.
• Maintain HR information systems with accurate data.
• Work on improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of HR strategies.
• Support other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
• Advanced HR certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
