Packaging and Filling Machine Operators and Tenders

Job Description

As a Filling Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be operating and monitoring vial filling machines. You will also conduct quality assurance checks to ensure filled vials meet industry standards. Take pride in your role in pharmaceutical production!

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor level glass vial filling machines for quality production.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Document production activities and report discrepancies.
• Participate in safety audits and adhere to GMP regulations.
• Assist in the training of new staff on machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• GMP knowledge
• Automated filling machine experience

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment: Experience in handling pharmaceutical machinery is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Understanding and following GMP standards in pharmaceutical production.
• Experience with automated filling machines: Hands-on experience with specific automated systems used in filling processes.
• Technical certifications: Additional certifications related to machine operation or safety can be beneficial.
