Process Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. As a key player in our production processes, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising processes in our chemical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and hands-on experience with process development.

Responsibilities

• Investigate process failures and propose corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements.
• Perform process simulations and modelling to predict outcomes.
• Participate in audits and contribute to safety reviews.
• Maintain a consistent focus on quality control throughout all processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in chemical engineering processes
