Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacist to deliver quality pharmaceutical care and counseling to our patients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in medication management, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide outstanding service to our community.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication reconciliation and verify prescriptions' accuracy.
• Educate patients on the safe use of medications and potential side effects.
• Support the pharmacy in achieving quality assurance standards.
• Assist in stock management and ensure a well-organized pharmacy layout.
• Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Implement strategies to increase patient retention and satisfaction.
• Take part in accreditation processes and maintain professional standards.
• Promote a culture of health and wellness in the community.
• Engage with patients to provide tailored health recommendations.
• Participate in research initiatives to improve pharmacy services.

Requirements

Education

• PharmD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy or clinical setting
