Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and project leadership

Technical Skills

• Expertise in thermal and fluid dynamics
• Familiarity with smart manufacturing technologies

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• English: Fluent
