Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at our Johannesburg location, you'll play a key role in analyzing financial performance and supporting our strategic planning efforts. The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Support financial audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial objectives.
• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in financial training of staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics
• Master's degree or professional qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
