Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Create detailed engineering specifications and documentation.
• Work with suppliers to ensure optimal component selection.
• Implement design changes based on testing feedback.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project goals.
• Manage project risks and mitigate issues as they arise.
• Review and approve technical drawings and prototypes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design or a related field
