Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our healthcare services run smoothly. You will manage records, coordinate between departments, and play a strategic role in the administration of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and efficient patient record management.
  • Report operational issues to senior management for resolution.
  • Analyse healthcare delivery systems to improve patient care.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders for service delivery.
  • Lead administrative meetings and provide updates on operational metrics.
  • Develop staff schedules and manage workforce effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Health Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare settings with administrative responsibilities
