Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, driving employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations.
  • Manage employee health and safety programs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Analyze workforce trends and make recommendations.
  • Ensure that employee records are maintained accurately.

Requirements

Education
