Job Description

As an HR Policy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and analyzing HR policies that align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will help in fostering a supportive work culture and a legally compliant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze best practices in HR policy development from various industries.
  • Serve as the main contact for HR policy inquiries from employees and management.
  • Collaborate with external consultants on specific HR projects as needed.
  • Help to create an approachable, open-door policy where employees feel comfortable raising concerns.
  • Lead the evaluation of employee feedback and its implications on HR policy.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and ethical practice throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in human resources, preferably with a focus on policy development
