Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, perform health assessments, and develop treatment plans. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing the quality of healthcare services we offer.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
  • Train and mentor new nursing staff to enhance team capabilities.
  • Facilitate patient education workshops and health seminars.
  • Participate in research initiatives related to nursing practice.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Advocate for patient rights and concerns within the healthcare system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a variety of settings
