Job Description

Join our growing team as a Call Center Agent in Pretoria, where you will be responsible for addressing customer queries and delivering high-quality support that meets our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require additional support.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Support other team members during peak periods.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Call Center Management is a plus

  • 2+ years in a customer service role
