Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our logistics operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure they align with company goals.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with logistics partners to enhance service levels.
• Ensure accurate documentation for shipments and deliveries.
• Assist in the development of cost-saving measures across the supply chain.
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of warehouse layouts.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Support the training and development of junior staff members in logistics practices.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline supply chain processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain coordination

Technical Skills

• Logistics software

Certifications

• APICS Certified Supply Chain Management (CSCM)
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages
