Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Develop and enforce policies for health and safety in the workplace.
• Analyze production performance metrics and report to upper management.
• Manage the production budget to maintain operational efficiency.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Work with quality assurance to establish and maintain high-quality standards.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Participate in strategic planning to align production goals with business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Management
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

• 7+ years in a manufacturing management role
