Responsibilities

• Manage patient medication profiles and therapy regimens.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for controlled substances.
• Conduct medication therapy management sessions with patients.
• Lead pharmacy audits and compliance checks.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster relationships with local healthcare providers and specialists.
• Assist in developing pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Support health promotion campaigns in the community.
• Engage in patient follow-up to assess medication adherence.
• Provide support in emergency care situations when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Specialization in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of pharmacy practice experience
