Responsibilities

  • Supervise and optimize the daily operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Work closely with medical staff to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for administrative functions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure budget adherence.
  • Manage and support human resources activities, including employee relations.
  • Lead quality assurance programs to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
