Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare operations effectively. This role entails coordinating healthcare programs, staff supervision, and fostering relationships with patients to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing processes.
  • Promote a culture of patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Create and execute performance improvement plans.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or equivalent
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare administration role
