Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled General Practitioner to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide primary healthcare services, diagnose and treat various medical conditions, and promote wellness among our patients. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and a dedication to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
  • Implement treatment protocols and monitor effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and education for patients and families.
  • Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
  • Engage in community health initiatives and preventive care programs.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Support the training and education of medical students and interns.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Evaluate and improve patient care outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBChB)
  • Advanced certifications in relevant medical fields preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
