Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and improving patient care quality.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations to ensure smooth hospital management.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Guide departmental heads to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
  • Prepare annual budgets and manage financial resources.
  • Develop strategies for improved patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Foster a positive working environment for staff.
  • Engage with community stakeholders for health initiatives.
  • Lead quality assurance and improvement programs.
  • Manage patient feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with the medical staff to implement care protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in hospital administration
