Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for the management and monitoring of clinical trials in Johannesburg. This role involves overseeing patient recruitment, liaising with investigators, and ensuring compliance with clinical regulations. Contribute to meaningful research that drives healthcare improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical trial performance and participant safety protocols.
• Liaise closely with ethics committees and regulatory authorities.
• Document findings and ensure the integrity of study data is maintained.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of trial protocols and study materials.
• Foster relationships with site staff and external partners involved in trials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related health field
• Postgraduate degree in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in clinical research management

Certifications
