Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Radio, Cellular, and Tower Equipment Installer and Repairer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting communication equipment, ensuring that our network operates seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to assess the need for repairs and upgrades.
• Install antennas, cabling, and other necessary equipment on towers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues with clients and recommend best solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in training junior technicians on installation and repair processes.
• Implement energy-efficient practices in installation procedures.
• Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all company health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Telecommunications or Engineering.

Experience

• At least 3 years of field experience in related roles.

Technical Skills

• Fiber Optics Knowledge
• Microwave Technology

Certifications

• Telecommunications Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
