Job Description

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions for appropriateness and accuracy.
• Educate patients on the management of chronic diseases.
• Work closely with physicians to provide optimal medication therapy.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Provide emergency care in compliance with pharmacy standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science
• Postgraduate training in pharmacy practice is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience in a clinical or retail environment
