Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing hydraulic systems and components in various industries. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on hydraulic systems.
• Install and commission new hydraulic systems as per specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Document maintenance actions and report on system status.
• Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
• Stay updated on technical developments in hydraulic systems.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to protocols.
• Support the fabrication and assembly of hydraulic components.
• Assist in project planning and execution phases.
• Mentor junior technicians on hydraulic practices.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Certificate in Hydraulic Maintenance

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the hydraulic field
