Responsibilities

• Document project changes and adjustments promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
• Master's in Design is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
