Job Description

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, experience in project management and a passion for sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply industry best practices for manufacturing and quality.
• Coordinate with IT departments to integrate new technologies.
• Assist in the development of safety and compliance procedures.
• Evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on engineering performance to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of new product introductions.
• Conduct training sessions on lean manufacturing techniques.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• MBA or relevant management qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles within a manufacturing environment
