Job Description

We are searching for an experienced HR Generalist in Bloemfontein who will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South African labour laws and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives aimed at attracting top talent to the organization.
  • Streamline onboarding processes for improved employee integration.
  • Evaluate and revise HR policies to adapt to changing legislation.
  • Deliver workshops on employee engagement and motivation.
  • Monitor and analyze staff satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Act as an advocate for employees while balancing organizational objectives.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to inform retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in HR Generalist roles
