Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Manager to lead the HR function in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and enforce performance evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Assist in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
  • Support management in organizational design and employee engagement.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive employee satisfaction.
  • Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and improve retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources
  • Master's degree in HR or relevant field is preferred
