We are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing logistics, ensuring efficient inventory management, and collaborating closely with our suppliers and customers. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Create strategies for effective demand planning and inventory management.
  • Ensure optimal warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA with a focus on Supply Chain Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role within supply chain
