Job Description

The Warper Tender will be responsible for operating and maintaining the warping machine in accordance with safety and quality standards to ensure efficient production of warp beams for the weaving process. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the warping machine for production runs.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the machine and make necessary repairs.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.
  • Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
  • Utilize warping machine software for production logging.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support inventory management for warp beam materials.
  • Collaborate with quality control inspectors to address any deviations.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical qualification
Experience
  • Experience working with various materials and fabric types is advantageous.
