Job Description

We are searching for a First-Line Supervisor to oversee our office and administrative support staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a knack for optimizing team performance while ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of office support staff in daily administrative tasks and projects.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective office procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring office expenses.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all office-related processes.
  • Encourage professional development through training and workshops.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and senior management.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions that enhance office efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Office Management or Administration
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
