Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This role demands great multitasking abilities and superb communication skills to ensure the seamless functioning of our remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer general office duties and support staff.
  • Organize files and manage documentations.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
  • Assist with data entry and information management.
  • Support client onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and onboarding for new staff.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations.
  • Make travel arrangements for team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance or administrative support

  • Asana or Trello
