As an Investment Banker, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice to clients, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and managing equity and debt offerings. You will work closely with our team to analyze financial data and market trends, helping clients make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize financial software to enhance productivity and analysis accuracy.
• Guide junior analysts in financial modeling and analysis.
• Participate in networking events to promote the firm’s services.
• Monitor industry news and research relevant developments in the financial sectors.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for client proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• CFA certification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking

• CFA Level 1 or higher
