Job Description

As an Investment Banking Associate, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our firm. You will engage in critical financial analysis, prepare materials for presentation to clients, and participate in negotiations. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential as you help manage client relationships and facilitate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports and analysis for senior management review.
• Analyze company financials and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to create detailed investment proposals.
• Maintain relationships with clients and support their ongoing needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of investment banking experience or relevant internships

Technical Skills

• Excel for Financial Analysis

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
