Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient feedback and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Implement health programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care.
  • Monitor healthcare trends and innovate practices to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure the facility meets accreditation standards and requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role
