System Administrator

Job Description

Join our dynamic IT team as a System Administrator, where you'll oversee our technical operations, ensuring that all systems run smoothly. From troubleshooting user issues to implementing new technologies, your role is critical in maintaining our IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Provide IT support across the organization, resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement system and network configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation for system installations, upgrades, and other IT procurements.
• Support the implementation of IT standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with user training and provide user support during system updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• CompTIA A+ or MCSE certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in system administration.
