Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and manage clinical trials in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols while maintaining the integrity of the research process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall management of clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Report directly to the Clinical Research Manager and provide updates on trial progress.
  • Conduct training and support for new staff members on clinical trial protocols.
  • Participate in budget management and resource allocation for clinical studies.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices in clinical research to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate study outcomes and findings effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
  • Postgraduate education in Clinical Research is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working in clinical trials or research environments.
