Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather input.
• Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Utilize analytics tools to gather insights for design improvement.
• Document and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Ensure accessibility standards are adhered to in all designs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in animation tools like After Effects: Experience in creating engaging animations for user interfaces.
