Join our Durban office as an IT Support Technician! We want someone who is passionate about technology and customer service. Your main responsibility will be resolving technical issues, maintaining our IT systems, and providing support to users to ensure smooth operation of all IT services.

Responsibilities

• Support users by diagnosing and resolving various IT issues.
• Create and maintain technical support documents and FAQs.
• Help with software rollouts and hardware installations.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Perform regular backups and system checks.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT Support or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years in a similar IT support position
