Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations for new projects.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on project sites.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PrEng) registration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering design and project management

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Structural Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Advantageous

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Certification indicating expertise in project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Traffic Engineering: Experience with traffic management systems and roadway design.
