Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, while working closely with clients and internal teams. Your leadership skills will be key in driving project success and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project scope to prevent scope creep.
• Organise project meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Evaluate and select project management tools and methodologies.
• Manage project schedules and time management efficiently.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior project managers.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of project management experience

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
