Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs for aerospace vehicles and systems.
• Perform simulations to validate designs before manufacturing.
• Assist in sourcing and testing materials for aerospace applications.
• Facilitate production readiness reviews and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners on technical aspects.
• Train and guide staff on new engineering tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
• Master's in Aerospace Engineering is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace projects
