We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for numbers and a proven track record in financial modeling and analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating financial performance and assisting in strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret financial reports to identify trends.
• Conduct variance analysis and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Collaborate with external auditors for compliance.
• Support financial audits and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Provide insights for operational improvements and cost management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Relevant certifications (CFA/CMA) are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a finance-related role
