Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead various projects from conception through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator, and possess a solid understanding of project management methodologies. You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management activities from project initiation through closing.
• Utilize project management software to track and report on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members.
• Actively participate in project-related meetings and discussions.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects in a corporate environment

Certifications

• Chartered Project Management Professional (CPMP)
