Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues.
• Develop safety protocols to minimize risks in the laboratory.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of materials.
• Document all processes and results for future reference.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on engineering challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in chemical engineering
