Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for client presentations.
• Engage with clients to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions efficiently.
• Present investment recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Monitor market trends and conduct industry research to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Participate in negotiations and deal structuring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA qualification is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
