Join our Pretoria team as a Tax Consultant, where you will leverage your expertise in tax regulations to provide exceptional consulting services. Your role will involve preparing tax returns, advising clients on various tax matters, and keeping abreast of the latest tax legislation to help our clients maximize their tax positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Keep informed on changes in tax laws and their implications for clients.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure comprehensive tax compliance.
• Educate clients on tax implications of their business decisions.
• Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with tax authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or relevant field
• Master's degree in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting

• Tax Compliance Software
• Risk Assessment

• Client Management
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
