Responsibilities

• Develop specifications and layouts for mechanical projects.
• Conduct research and development for new product ideas.
• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
• Facilitate the training of junior engineers and interns.
• Implement energy-efficient solutions in mechanical systems.
• Participate in regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are adhered to.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering

• CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
